Year included.. Onsite warranty means that the service agent
comes to you and conducts any repairs or replacements onsite,
unless not practical and item will be taken away for repairs
or replacement and returned to you. This service is covered
Australia-wide by United Electrical, Australia's largest
privately owned and government backed provider of warranty services, extended warranty, and maintenance products: http://www.unitedelectrical.com.au
(an extended onsite warranty period is available upon request)

LCD Monitors have a 3 Year onsite manufacturer's warranty included but do not
form part of United Electrical's cover. These Onsite warranties are conducted by the respective Manufacturers and have their own hot-line number for service. All other
items/components on this site have a Manufacturer's or RTB
warranty of at least 1 year or more. (see each individual
product for details)
